Welcome to 2008 to all of our clients and to the readers of our Newsletter, Spiderbyte.

We have moved to the new year with a new design of our website. We believed it was time to upgrade the site with a look and feel as well as the incorporation of some new technologies. We are excitied to launch our new Client system, read more below.

Deepweb's new Client Support System.

We are delighted to announce that we have a new client tool that will allow for Deepweb clients to get information about their website and interact with us in resoving any issues they may have.

A separate email will be sent individually to our clients, but the key areas of interest are:

• Login to see your details with us, and upate them yourself.
• A helpdesk system to log problems you are having
• A knowledgebase of articles to help you
• A downloads area with helpful programs for you

Hot Tips

Have you done a backup? When was the last one you did?

Chances are the answers are 1. No and 2. I can't remember.

There are a number of options:

• Use backup software to backup to CD or DVD (possibly came with your PC)
• Get a portable hard drive, now very inexpensive at about $150+ (click here for one at Dick Smith for $149)
• Pray and hope it never comes to that!
